也许是拼写的缘故，这副牌在中国塔罗博物馆等网站总与Stella Kaoruko小姐的Stella Tarot（薰子塔罗牌）相混淆。但这副牌明显是意大利风格的。Stelle翻译为英文是Star，星辰，所以这副牌又称为星辰塔罗。
